PINK Lemons Donated from OK Farms!

When life hands you pink lemons, make real pink lemonade – no artificial coloring necessary. That’s right, OK Farms is adding a colorful twist to Lemonade Alley with a donation of 500 pounds of pink lemons from their breathtaking farm in Hilo, Hawaii. The technical term for these unusual fruits is Eureka Varigated Pink Lemon, but they are also known as the “Rainbow Lemon” (how appropriate for the Aloha State!) because they’re yellow and green striped on the outside and have pink flesh within. Aside from being a feast for the eyes, these pink lemons are larger and provide more juice than a standard lemon.
